You can easily make a reservation directly through our website by selecting your desired location and time. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.
The estimated number is sufficient for making a reservation. Please confirm the final number at least 3 business days before the party. Invoicing will be based on the confirmed number.
The minimum group size for birthday packages is 6 people. You can arrange a party for a smaller group, but we will charge the price corresponding to the minimum size.
Yes. Cancellations and major changes must be made no later than 7 days before the event. For cancellations made after this deadline, we will charge 50% of the total reservation amount. If the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the event, we will charge 100% of the total reservation amount.
That's not necessary. We have automatic safety devices that ensure safety. Our instructors are there to help and provide guidance. At least one supervisor (guardian) must be present with the group.
Absolutely. All parties begin with a comprehensive safety briefing, where you'll learn how to use the harness and navigate the walls.
The weight limits for automatic seatbelts are a minimum of 15 kg and a maximum of 130 kg.

Yes, you can! You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. The party room will be available for your use after the climbing session. Please remember to bring the necessary disposable tableware and napkins, or order them from us. Cleaning of the venue is not included in the price when you bring your own food and drinks, but you can select this option separately when making your reservation.

Do you want an easy solution? Order our pre-made treat package when you make your reservation! We will deliver the refreshments directly to your party room, so you don't have to worry about storage or transportation.
The party room is reserved for your group for a 45-minute post-climbing feast. The space must be clean at the end of the reservation so the next group can prepare the space on time. You will have 15 minutes to prepare the space before moving to the party room.
